Coming up at Gainsborough…
Family Cooking has moved to the Children’s Centre
Our family cooking sessions are as popular as ever however we have made the decision to move the Friday afternoon sessions to the Children’s Centre to support the amount of younger children who have been attending. While the food cooks and some adults and older children tidy up, siblings and younger children can play in the Children’s Centre playroom. We hope this is a more effective way for families to engage in the sessions. Thank you to Ana and Joyce for creating a wonderful, safe and supportive space for us to cook and share food. If you would like to join the cooking sessions, on Friday from 3.30-5pm, then please email admin@gainsborough.hackney.sch.uk
Easter Frog’s Event
On Friday 4th April school will close at 2pm. The Friends of Gainsborough (FRoG’s) are holding an event to bring our community together and celebrate the end of term, from 2-4pm. We will also have the bouncy castle, hot dogs, tattoos, face paints and more! All families are welcome.
Please note Gainsborough’s entire site, including Preschool and Children’s Centre, will be closed from Monday 14th April until Monday 21stย April, when the Summer term restarts on Tuesday 22nd April.
