Children volunteer to be Peer Mediators and are allocated classes. Peer Mediators support other classes as lunch and break time to play well together, resolve any conflict, model good friendship skills. When mediating between peers the children are given a step by step process to support resolving any issues. They then report the resolution to an adult and monitor the situation. Our Peer Mediators are highly skilled and support our school value ‘keep kind’ incredibly well.
